General Purpose £20/£125 - Sea Kayak £35/£200 - Double Sea Kayak £45/£300

Hire charges include paddles and buoyancy aids. Spray decks are provided for sea kayaks. We ask for a £100 deposit for each boat. Kayaks must be collected from and returned to Porth Thomas on St. Mary's unless other arrangements have been made. We can deliver to and collect from other islands at extra cost.

Three different types of kayak are available:

General Purpose These boats are ideal for learning how to kayak, also for pottering and shorter coastal trips. We can give informal guidance, or more structured tuition for those keen to become experts. Safety rules apply of course, and we will brief you fully before you take to the water.

 

Sea Kayaks These are 'going places' boats, faster, but less manoeuvrable than General Purpose kayaks. For experienced paddlers only!

 

Double Sea Kayaks These are ideal for couples where one party has more experience than the other, or where you just want to share the load with somebody.
